For summer 2010, we are in need of staff for the following areas:
Requirements
Non smoker.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a licenced restaurant.
Must have some type of Serve It Right certificate (alcohol service
certificate) and professional serving training. Must be fluent in English.
German and/or French a big benefit! Experience with Micros. Have basic first
aid training.
Duties
include cash handling, with use of Credit and Debit Machines. Taking orders,
processing it through Micros then serving meals and drinks to customers in a
fully licenced restaurant. Helping with dishes and clean up of kitchen.
Prepping of dining areas, ensuring guests are happy, and flexible between breakfast
and dinner.
Must be able
to start as of May 15th 2010 through to October 15th 2010. Full Time
Requirements
Non smoker.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a restaurant kitchen similar
environment. Must be able to cook wild game eg. Bison Steaks. Must be
efficient and have good work ethics, work well with others as a team and by
themselves. Must have good people skills and good work attitude and willing
to help in other areas if needed. Have basic first aid training. Must be
fluent in English, with German and/or French a big asset.
Duties
include preparation of food and cooking meals in a timely fashion,
responsible for clean up of dishes and equipment used in kitchen and restaurant. Good
communication and attitude between kitchen and wait staff
Must be able
to start as of May 28th 2010 through to the end of September 2010. Full Time
Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a restaurant kitchen or
similar environment. Must be able to cook wild game eg. Bison Steaks. Must
have knowledge of steak cooked depth. Experience with barbequing. Must be
efficient and have good work ethics, work well with others as a team and by
themselves. Must have good people skills and a good work attitude and
willing to help in other areas if needed. Is responsible for entire meal.
Have basic first aid training. Must be fluent in English, with German and/or
French a big asset.

vegetables and condiments for the restaurant. Responsible for clean up of
dishes and equipment used in kitchen and restaurant. Good communication and

for the restaurant. Responsible for keeping the kitchen stock filled and
fresh. Preparing starter meals, side dishes and desserts. Help with kitchen
duties including dish washing, general cleaning of kitchen and floors of
both kitchen and restaurant dining areas. Good communication and attitude
between kitchen and wait staff.
Must be able
to start as of May 28th 2010 through to the end of September 2010. Full Time
Requirements

Experience in guest room services or similar environment. Must be efficient
and have good work ethics. Must be able to work well with others as a team
and by themselves. Must have good people skills and a good work attitude. Willing
to help in other areas if needed. Must be fluent in English, with German
and/or French a big asset.
Duties
include responsibility for cleaning and servicing 7 guest rooms in a timely
manner. Making sure all laundry from guest rooms and restaurant is clean, dried,
folded and put away by end of day and laundry room is clean. Cleaning and
maintaining campground shower house and bunk houses. Report orders needed
for stock and supplies for rooms. Responsible for restaurant
washrooms.
Must be able
to start as of May 28th 2010 through to the end of September 2010. Full Time
Requirements
Non smoker.
Must have exceptional guest services skills. 5 years minimum of horse
experience including general horse care, tacking up and turning horses in
for the day. Advanced riding skills, western riding an asset. Have basic
First Aid training. Must be fluent in English. German and/or French a big
benefit. Must be able to work well with others as a team and by themselves.
Must have good people skills and a good work attitude. Willing to help in
other areas if needed.
Duties
include rounding horses up each morning, rotation of horse use from day to
day, alliance with office in regards to bookings, tacking up and having
horses ready before departure time, guiding whilst keeping sure guests are
comfortable. Keeping barn clean and organized, report tack repairs. Be aware
of horses health and water needs. Turn horses in once finished for the day.
Must be able
to start as of May 28th 2010 through to the end of September 2010. Full Time
Requirements
Non Smoker.
Must have 2 years experience in guest services/hotel operations or similar
environment. Must have exceptional organization and guest services skills in
person and by phone/email. Experience with Word, Excel and Internet
Explorer. Experience with invoicing and reservations. Must be able to work
well with others as a team and by themselves. Must have good people skills
and a good work attitude. Willing to help in other areas if needed. Must be
fluent in English, with German and/or French a big asset. Have basic first
aid training.
Duties
include working closely with all departments and ranch manager. Handling
cash including credit and debit machines. Taking reservations for guests and
groups by phone, email and in person for guest rooms, campground and
restaurant. Checking in and out guests, organizing guests for horseback
riding. Be informative and helpful about the ranch and surrounding area.
Work with tour operators and room blocks. Create and send out invoices. Keep
office highly organized, clean and presentable.
Must be able
to start as of May 15th 2010 through to October 15th 2010. Full Time
