Bison meat is a rich source of complete protein containing all the essential amino acids in appropriate amounts. Rich in Vitamin B12, Selenium, Zinc and Phosphorus, bison meat is also an excellent source of Iron, Vitamin B6 and Niacin. It also contains the "essential fatty acids", Omega 3 and Omega 6. Bison has most nutrition conscious people want, lots of iron and less fat.
Our out door barbecue style restaurant located on the ranch, allows you to sit back, enjoy the nature and watch the bison grazing in the fields . Specializing mainly in bison meat, the menu also offers other options and smaller items are also available for children.
Open from June to September 30th.
